By accessing or using DVMReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

DVMReady provides clinical tools, study materials, and professional guidance for educational purposes. It does not constitute veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified professionals and current references before making clinical decisions.

Optional AI study-plan summaries and question explanations are educational aids. They may simplify DVMReady's calculated study signals or reviewed question explanations, but generated wording can be incomplete or incorrect. The reviewed DVMReady explanation remains authoritative within the practice workflow.

AI output is not veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, drug-dosing guidance, an official NAVLE score, a pass prediction, or a guarantee. Do not use AI study support for patient-specific decisions or submit identifying patient, client, clinic, or farm information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Premium NAVLE access is a one-time purchase in Canadian dollars: $50 CAD for 3 months or $80 CAD for 6 months. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The chosen access period starts from the purchase date and unlocks the Premium content described on the Pricing page.

Keep your account credentials private. Premium access is for the purchaser's own use and may not be shared, resold, scraped, copied, or redistributed. If a purchase does not appear in your account, contact info@dvmready.com from the purchase email so we can investigate the access record.

The optional Re-Access Promise is described on the Pricing page. It does not promise an exam outcome, predict a score, or provide a cash refund.

All content, branding, and code on DVMReady are owned by DVMReady or its licensors. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial study and clinical reference. You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

You may not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with platform performance or security
• Copy or redistribute content at scale without permission

DVMReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculations, study content, or guidance are error-free or appropriate for every situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVMReady and its operators will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including clinical decisions made with its assistance.

The platform may link to external resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DVMReady operates.
