How we create, review, and maintain content at DVMReady.

This policy describes how DVMReady creates, updates, and reviews content for clinical tools and NAVLE study materials. Our goal is accuracy, clarity, and usefulness for veterinary students and professionals.

• Clinical content is drafted by veterinarians or researchers with relevant training
• Study material is organized around high-yield NAVLE topics and common clinical scenarios
• Calculators and tools are built from published formulas and validated references

We rely on established veterinary references and guidelines, including Plumb's Veterinary Drugs, Merck Veterinary Manual, AAHA guidelines, RECOVER CPR guidelines, IRIS staging, and peer-reviewed literature where applicable.

• New clinical content is reviewed for accuracy before publication
• Existing content is reviewed and updated when guidelines change or errors are identified
• Framework or placeholder pages are clearly marked and not presented as complete study resources

When we identify errors or outdated information, we correct it promptly. Major factual changes to clinical content are backdated in our review logs when possible.

• We distinguish between fully built study pages and framework/placeholder pages
• We do not present the platform as an official NAVLE, ICVA, or licensing-board resource
• We clearly label content that is still in development
